US Court Sentence Nigerian Man, Accomplce To 40 Years In Prison For Drug Trafficking

A court in the United States of America (USA) has sentenced a US based Nigerian man, Oluwole Adegboruwa and his accomplice, Enrique Isong to a combined 40 years jail term for drug trafficking.

Edum News reports that their sentence was made public in a statement on the website of the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Utah on Friday.

According to the statement, Adegboruwa, alongside his accomplice were found guilty of masterminding a multi-million dollar dark web drug trafficking operation.

While Adegboruwa was sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment, his accomplice was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment and three years of supervised release.

Also, the court ordered a supervised release for life and the forfeiture of over $20 million for Adegboruwa.
