Trump Appoints 27-Year-Old As White House Press Secretary

A 27-year-old reporter, Karoline Leavitt has become the youngest White House Press Secretary following the appointment by Donald Trump.

Edum News reports that the President-elect of the United States of America (USA) on Friday appointed Leavitt as the White House press secretary.

Speaking in the statement conveying her appointment, Trump expressed confidence in her ability, noting that she is the best fit for the job.

He said, “Leavitt is smart and tough and has proven to be a highly effective communicator. I have the utmost confidence she will excel at the podium and help deliver our message to the American People.”

Leavitt who is from New Hampshire has been a supporter of Trump as she serves as his campaign spokeswoman at his rallies, as well as his multiple court appearances.
