Global football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo has broken another YouTube record, becoming the fastest to acquire 16 million subscribers.

Ronaldo’s YouTube channel was unveiled on Wednesday around 2 p.m., and in a startling display of his global appeal, he surpassed 10 million subscribers in less than 12 hours—a feat that took prominent YouTuber, MrBeast 132 days to accomplish.

Ronaldo’s YouTube account had reached 16 million subscribers by Thursday, whom he jokingly refers to as “SIUUUbscribers,” after his famed “Siuuuu” goal celebration.

Ronaldo’s quick climb on YouTube solidifies his position as one of the world’s most powerful individuals on social media.

His immense popularity goes beyond YouTube, with 636 million Instagram followers, 107 million Facebook followers, and 112.6 million on X (previously Twitter), demonstrating his unrivaled digital presence.
