The rumour of Manuel Ugarte’s transfer to Manchester United could be at a critical stage with only a few days till the summer transfer season closes.

Nonetheless, it appears that Paris Saint-Germain and the Red Devils are working to find a solution for this trade.

FranceInfo claimed on Monday that PSG and Manchester United are accelerating their negotiations for Ugarte.

According to the French site, the transfer will be permanent, and PSG is assuring that they will not suffer a financial setback after spending €60 million on him last year.

Fulham have also offered Burnley £20 million plus add-ons for Berge. Fulham are currently waiting on Burnley’s answer to the offer, as they attempt to acquire the Manchester United target.

As a result, the alternate targets could be shrinking, and a deal for Ugarte looks to be at the forefront of the Premier League side’s mind right now as they attempt to complete this transfer.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano
provided the latest regarding the Ugarte file and notes that Manchester United are working on a loan with an obligation to buy a proposal for the PSG standout.

Negotiations will continue with this formula as the player’s agent, Jorge Mendes, leads talks with PSG. Ugarte wants a move to Manchester United, pushing a lot after personal terms agreed in July.
