Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, recently paid a visit to Paul Okoye (P-Square) and his brother Jude in Lagos.

This visit corresponds with a reported family conflict among the Okoye brothers, particularly Peter Okoye (also known as Mr. P).

Peter Okoye recently accused Paul and Jude of several wrongdoings while they were together.

Charges included remarks about being invited to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), among other things.

Peter Obi’s visit to Paul and Jude Okoye could be regarded as an attempt to mediate and settle the continuing family conflict.

Nonetheless, the details of their talk and the meeting’s conclusion are not revealed. The Okoye brothers’ feud has attracted public interest, with fans and supporters demanding a resolution and a return to their musical collaboration as P-Square.

Also the Okoye brothers’ feud has impacted their wives, as Ify Okoye, Jude’s wife, unfollowed Lola Omotayo Okoye, Peter’s wife, on Instagram. Although Ify has unfollowed Lola, the latter still follows her.

In June, blogger Stella Dimokokorkus reported conflicts between the Psquare brothers and Jude, purportedly over misused money, which resulted in the participation of the EFCC and Jude’s detention.
