Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has appointed 344 new aides, with less than ten weeks to the state’s governorship election on November 16.
According to a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniran, the appointments were part of ongoing efforts to improve governance and service delivery to the people of the state.
The state has appointed 28 Senior Special Assistants and 316 Special Assistants across 18 Local Government
Areas, 33 Local Council Development Areas, and 203 wards.
The statement encouraged the new appointees to use their experience and dedicate themselves to serving the people.
The atatem reads, “In furtherance of efforts to promote governance and service delivery to the people of the state, the Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has authorized the appointment of 344 new Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) and Special Assistants (SAs).
“The new appointments are spread across the 18 Local Government Areas, 33 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) and 203 Wards in the State”.
