Israeli army has announced the death of Hassan Nasrallah, leader of Hezbollah for 32 years, who was targeted in their Friday’s strikes on Beirut.
Nasrallah was one of the major leaders of the Iran-backed militant group.
The Israel Defense forces(IDF) in a post on X said the late key Lebanon figure will no longer be able to terrorize the world.
During the early conflict with Hezbollah, Israel initially agreed not to assassinate the group’s senior leaders, but this has been violated in recent months, with Israel killing several senior members of Hezbollah.
On Saturday, the Lebanon-backed group, finally confirms Nasrallah death in line with the Israeli army’s claims.
