Sean “Diddy” Combs has suffered yet another legal defeat after a Michigan prisoner won a $100 million default sexual assault judgment against him.
Over the past year, Diddy has been the target of numerous allegations of sexual misbehavior.
Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a Michigan prisoner who is known for challenging the judicial system with civil lawsuits, was granted a temporary restraining order against Combs, after alleging being druged and sexually molested during a 1997 Detroit party by Diddy.
A Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge awarded the Judgement, which was made after Diddy failed to appear for a virtual hearing, leading to a default judgment. The payment plan will begin on October 1.
According to the lawsuit, Cardello-Smith met Diddy at a restaurant in the Detroit area where he was employed. He alleged that he felt a male hand touch him, and identified it as Diddy’s hand.
He said as the two were having sex with a group of women he met at a party, that after that, Combs served him a drink that was laced with cocaine, which made him faint.
He claimed that upon waking up, he witnessed Combs having sex with a woman, to whom Combs allegedly replied, “I did this to you too.”
Cardello-Smith, who is serving a separate term, is reportedly a self-taught student of civil and criminal statutes, according to the Metro Times. He claims that Diddy offered him $2.3 million to dismiss the lawsuit, but he declined.
