Human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, has stated that President Bola Tinubu has a poverty mentality, Edum News reports.
She stated this in a statement via her verified handle on X on Tuesday.
She criticized the President for purchasing new Presidential Jets amid the hardships faced by Nigerians.
According to her, no amount of billions of dollars in his account can take away the mentality of poverty inherent in the President, adding that it is ingrained in him right from whatever existence he came from before he was known.
She wrote, “Tinubu has poverty mentality that no amount of billions of dollars in his account can take away. It is ingrained in him right from whatever existence he came from before he was known.
“It is why using scarce resources to buy the next shining thing that will make him feel better than his fellow humans is more important than than the poor who are dying”.
